This course is delivered online via Zoom. Study made to work for you – whether you are combining study with a full-time job, balancing life commitments, or need to further your education to achieve career goals. All course content, resources, and materials can be easily accessed at any time, and our trainers are always available to provide online support to you when necessary. 

Career Outcomes

Graduates who earn an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction can pursue employment in roles such as:

• Builder
• Construction Manager
• Project Manager
• Site Manager
• Site Supervisor

Each state has different regulatory requirements. Check with your state’s licencing and regulatory authorities to find out how you can earn a builder’s licence in your state.

Entry Requirements

Students will need to have completed one of the three options below:
1. The Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) CPC40120, or
2. The Diploma of Building & Construction (Building) CPC50220, or
3. Relevant High Rise Work experience.

Students need to complete an LLN test to demonstrate a satisfactory level of language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) abilities.
Classes are delivered online via Zoom. Students must have a laptop, computer, or smartphone available, as well as internet access.
