Custom Enrolments

Custom online enrolments is offered where a client has requirements for customisation or changes which are outside the scope of our standard Option 1 and Option 2 offerings. In order to provide you with a fixed price quotation for custom enrolments, we will undertake the following:

  • Meet with you (usually by phone or via online meeting) to discuss your desired online enrolment functionality and flow. During this meeting we will also cover any unique tailoring or styling that you want incorporated in your enrolment user experience.
  • Analyse your requirements and create a ‘Scope of Works’ document in draft form.
  • Submit the ‘Scope of Works’ document including our price quotation to you for your review and consideration.
  • Approval of the quotation by you OR further changes to you required scope and then resubmission for approval.
  • Upon approval, we’ll set up our project task and commence work.
